    3. TrueXpro Cloud account data is retained during the active period. After service termination, minimal data is held for records retention. Deletion, correction, or access to service account data is not handled by the TrueXpro Privacy team. Refer to the Contact TrueXpro page for support.
    4. Subscription data for newsletters and blogs, including TrueXpro and Profit magazine, lasts as long as you're subscribed, with deletion records kept for 30 days.
    5. Contact details obtained online or offline for direct marketing and sales are retained during the active (customer) relationship.
    6. TrueXpro Sales chat transcripts are deleted 90 days after the chat concludes.
    7. Support line call recordings, if call recording is not opted out, are deleted 60 days post-call, unless specified otherwise during the call.
    8. Personal information for facility access is kept for one year after the last visit for records retention.
    9. Opt-out preferences are retained for 20 years (or longer for legal compliance).
